How It All Began

Leah Lee B. entered into this world in the amazing year of 1989. She grew up in the sunny and tropical state of Florida where she became known for her unceasing smile and her gentle yet high spirited personality. Throughout Leah's childhood and into adulthood she loved plants and animals, had a passion for learning new things, and a knack for cooking. Leah spent alot of her adolescence reading and writing, which enlivened her and provided her with a sense of adventure. Nearing adulthood, she had always hoped of working with young children, as she was surely nurturing and spending her time with children left her heart feeling the fullest of all. One very fond memory of Leah's early writing experiences was of her and a group of friends that would consecutively write a chapter of a drama series into a notebook and would bring the notebook back to school and pass it onto the next teen writer. This ended up leaving them with an unpredictable yet addictive anthology of sorts, having each co-writer on the edge of their seats awaiting their turn to read the freshly written chapters and add their own chapter, continuing the story before passing it along again. Unfortunately into adulthood, as life became busier, Leah had accepted the idea that reading and writing great books would be a past time that was only kept as a memory.

   Now an adult, Leah Lee B. fell deeply in love, she had 2 young boys, in a home full of encouraging support, and inspiration. This is where Leah decided to pick up her old flame once again, and she wrote her first children's book, fulfilling her lifelong dream and providing her with a platform to work with children after all. Leah has numerous fun-loving and warm books to be published in the near future. She hopes these books become a favorite in your child's home collection and they are able to be shared far and wide.
